Hi everybody, I'm Erik Warren. I’d like to introduce you to my creative technology agency, Small Machines AI.

With Small Machines, we’re combining the very best of full stack forward deployed AI engineering, tasteful experience and product design, and value driven storytelling. We also bring world class partnerships experience from some of the biggest names in tech.

With this combined skillset we promise to bring 3 things to you and the customers you serve:

  1. Alignment. We’ll start with a design sprint. Over the course of a week we’ll work together to identify exactly what problem you need solved. We’ll identify a solution, what we need to build, and how we’ll know we’ve hit the mark.
  2. Delivery. Next, we’ll get to work building out the solution we aligned on, fast. Ideally in a month or two. At the end you’ll have a working product you can take to production as well as the metrics mechanism to ensure we’ve hit the mark.
  3. Activation. Last, we’ll deliver an activation video that you can take to your next all hands meeting and press play on. Win over the room with a carefully crafted story that leads with value and highlights all of the great work we did. A video you can play over and over as you activate the product throughout your company and with your customers.

Our ultimate goal is to do great work with great people. Great people make great products and great products solve real problems. By solving these problems together, we feel good about the impact we’re leaving on the world and that’s all we can ask for.
